‘FemtoSats’ a poket size satellite under 1000$

A team of  engineers from Arizona State University created a poket size satellite that weight 35 grams and it’s just 3cm per side.

The prototype is called SunCube F1 and it’s powered by a salvaged scrap of solar panel (they don’t make them small enough off the shelf), the tiny unit includes propulsion, imaging, communication, and data collection.

Stainless Steel Bicycle

A 3d Printed Stainless Steel Bicycle Designed by Students

A a fully functional 3D printed stainless steel bicycle was designed and produced by a team of students from TU Delft in the Netherlands. The students designed the frame of the bicycle to demonstrate the potential of a new method for 3D printing metal.
